Returns & exchanges

If you have received an order and you are not satisfied, you are able to  return the item or exchange it. This is only possible on the basis of our general conditions.
If you wish to return an order back to us, please send us an e-mail. Always sent us the invoice number and the reason for the return in your email. Together with you we will find the best solution for you!
The article must be packed (unused) the same way as the product is sent. If the product was not correctly packed, we do not refund the product in case of any damage.
The costs of an exchange / return are for your account. Please return the package to:

If you wish to exchange a product for an other product, you can return the item. If you choose to exchange an item, we ask you to first send an email stating which item you want to exchange. The costs for transporting the items are on the account of the customer. Unless the warranty for the product applies. Unfortunately, plants can not be exchanged


The statutory warranty period applies to our products. If the product fails within this period, you are entitled to a replacement product, or we will find a suitable solution together with the customer.
