Jin seal

Jin seal or Jin liquid is used to preserve dead wood. The dead wood is bleached with the jin liquid. In nature, weather conditions ensure that the dead wood of old trees is bleached.

To achieve the bleached effect, jin liquid is used for bonsai. Jin liquid is a very strongly scented liquid, if you are treating a tree with this agent it is important to do it in a well-ventilated area. The use of gloves is also recommended. The air is difficult to get off your hands.

Before applying Jin liquid, the wood must be cleaned to remove all dust from the wood. Jin liquid must be applied to dry wood. After application, it must dry for at least 24 hours. Do not put the tree outside after application if there is a chance of rain! Eye contact must be avoided.

Jin seal must be applied undiluted or diluted with water to the dead wood. By carefully brushing the brush you can prevent too much of the trunk from dripping into the ground.

The agent also kills mold and ensures that the dead wood remains intact for much longer.
