How much shipping costs do I pay per order?

Up to € 100, – you pay € 6.96 shipping costs per order.Starting from € 100, – we do not charge shipping costs.(Whitin the Netherlands)
On heavy products such as Akadama you pay up to 3 bags € 6.96 per order, for larger orders the shipping costs will increase. For more information you can always call or email us!
On the products where this applies on,it is indicated in the product description.
You are also welcome to pick up the products at our place. In this case, you do not pay shipping costs.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with Sepa Overboeking, Belfius Direct Net, Bitcoin, iDEAL, KBC/CBC Payment button, PayPal, SOFORT Banking, EPS, Giropay, Bancontact and klarna afterpay. If you miss a payment option that you would like to use, please let us know and we will try if we can add the option.
If you want to visit us, you are able to pay us with cash or pay by debet card.

How soon will I receive my order?

If you placed an order in our webshop, we will pack and ship it as soon as possible. We try to ship the package the same day or the next day. When it will take longer we will contact you as soon as possible. If you choose to pick up your order, you are able pick it up the same day. We are opened by appointment. If you want to pick up your products you are welcome to make an appointment by calling +31 (0) 629388845 or by sending an email to [email protected]

Is it safe to pay at the webshop of Bonsaishop Fagus Bonsai?

The Bonsaishop Fagus webshop is a secure website. You can therefore safely pay at our webshop.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

If you place an order at Bonsaishop Fagus you will receive a confirmation of your order by mail. If you did not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

Am I allowed to cancel my order when I already have paid for it?

If you placed an order at our shop and you wish to cancel it, then this is possible until the moment we have sent the package. When the package is already shipped you are still able to return the product. For more information please look at our return page. https://bonsaishopfagus.nl/return/
The trees are excluded from returnings. When a tree is damaged on its way to you, let us know as soon as possible.
